Your Head of Sixth Form, Mrs Beng will be there for you from the start to the finish of your journey, from your taster day to the Summer Ball, she will be there throughout your Sixth Form experience. She will support you both pastorally and academically, tracking your grades and working with your tutors and teachers to be sure you are working towards achieving your personal goals and targets. She oversees the Sixth Form tutor team and is committed to ensuring you achieve your potential. Mrs Beng also teaches both Religious Studies and English and leads PSHE at BCS.
Mr Eberlin will be your first port of call for support with UCAS and other higher education applications. Alongside your tutors, Mr Eberlin will assist you with making the right university choices for you and writing a brilliant personal statement. As part of this, he will help you to identify relevant "super-curricular" activities to support your applications and ambitions. In addition, Mr Eberlin organises the Sixth Form events and trips such as Sixth Form Activity Day, Futures Day and the Summer Ball. Mr Eberlin is also Head of Psychology and EPQ Coordinator.
Mrs Yeats offers independent and unbiased careers information and guidance to pupils and parents across all years at BCS. Mrs Yeats will provide the resources and information to enable you to make well-informed and realistic decisions about your career goals and give you the support to transition into them.
