With small class sizes and excellent adult-to-child ratios, we provide outstanding pastoral care and truly get to know each child – their interests, strengths, and needs. Our beautiful grounds, Forest School area, and specialist facilities enrich learning both indoors and outdoors. Children are encouraged to move, explore, and follow their natural curiosity, building confidence, wellbeing, and a love of discovery.

Early Education Funding 

Bournemouth Collegiate School is committed to ensuring that all eligible families can access their Early Years funded entitlement. Admission to a funded place is not conditional upon the purchase of any additional services, activities, consumables or hours, and there are no mandatory top-up fees attached to the funded entitlement. Families may access a funded-only place if they wish and no child will be treated differently as a result. Where parents choose to access childcare hours beyond their funded entitlement, those additional hours will be charged at the School's published private fee rates. Optional extras and enrichment opportunities remain entirely voluntary. The School is proud of the high-quality provision it offers and recognises that maintaining this enhanced experience carries additional costs; therefore, the Headteacher welcomes conversations with families about how the quality, breadth and sustainability of the setting can be maintained whilst ensuring funded places remain available and accessible to all eligible children.
