Bournemouth Collegiate School Location

As one school across two sites, we’re lucky enough to be situated in one of the most beautiful areas in the UK.

BCS Senior

SENIOR football academy

The Senior School is based just a two-minute walk from Southbourne clifftop on a beautiful green, eight acre site. We are lucky enough to count the beach as one of our facilities! Bournemouth boasts over seven miles of golden sands, has a vibrant and cosmopolitan culture with plentiful shops, bars and restaurants, plus close access to stunning countryside including the Purbecks, New Forest the Natural World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Including neighbouring towns of Poole and Christchurch, the region boasts an international airport, port and conference centre, as well as two outstanding Universities - Bournemouth University and Arts University Bournemouth.

Bournemouth is also experiencing a construction boom, with over £200m of projects developed since 2013 and another £100m+ in the pipeline. It also has the largest international education sector outside of London, and is a world-class tourism resort.

BCS Prep

The Prep School is nestled in a hidden, leafy gem site in Lower Parkstone, Poole, and again a mere stone's throw away from the stunning award-winning beaches of Bournemouth, the world-renowned Sandbanks, Shore Road, Canford Cliffs and the beautiful Chines.

It is less than six miles from our Senior site in Southbourne, with school mini buses servicing both sites.

Lower Parkstone itself, is a small suburb with character and brilliant restaurants and is less than a five minutes walk from Ashley Cross, with vibrant bars and shops. In the opposite direction you will find Westbourne; a well established, thriving shopping area for local residents and tourists.

You can discover fascinating history on the Poole Quayside and when exploring the Georgian Old Town. Watersports are aplenty and you can enjoy the great outdoors in one of the largest natural harbours in the world.

We certainly love where we live.
