International Admissions

International Admissions

BCS is an all-inclusive and culturally diverse school, where every pupil is valued and respected. We embrace and celebrate all the various nationalities we have join us at the school.

In the last few years, the school has seen a significant increase in interest to join. To ensure we are able to provide this level of individual focus, and to be confident in our ability to offer the best possible level of support, the school has decided that for September 2023 entries there will be a selection process.

Firstly a registration form must be completed, school reports and passport information must be shared.

International students will be required to complete a CAT4 assessment, a short piece of extended writing and where English is a second language a CEPT assessment.

Successful students interested in joining the Senior School are then invited for an interview with the Head of EAL, Mrs Kirsty Sharples.

Offers will then be sent out for acceptance.

Please note:

  • For international students the registration fee is £500
  • For international students studying at BCS for two terms or less the deposit is £700
  • For international students studying at BCS for three terms or more the deposit is £2500
