National Championships Complete!

What an incredible two weeks of racing for our national qualifiers, competing at the Swim England National Summer Meet in Sheffield and the Swim Wales National Summer Meet in Swansea, rounding off what has been a truly fantastic season for Bournemouth Collegiate School Swimming.

A huge congratulations to our medallists:

Theo – Gold in the Multi-Classification 50m Butterfly and 400m Freestyle, along with a fantastic Bronze in the 50m Freestyle.

Zack – Gold in the Men’s 18 Years & Over 1500m Freestyle with a huge PB, breaking the club record for the 1500m and also the 800m club record at the split.

Katie – Gold on the final day of competition in the Girls’ 16 Years 50m Backstroke to finish the championships in style.

Congratulations to all of our national qualifiers. These outstanding performances are a reflection of the commitment, hard work and dedication shown by every swimmer across the club throughout the season. The success on the national stage is built on the efforts of the entire squad, pushing each other every day in training.

A huge thank you also goes to our coaching team for their commitment, passion and countless hours of work throughout the year. These results simply wouldn’t be possible without their dedication.

As we head into a well-earned summer break, we can look back with pride on one of the most successful seasons in recent years.
