Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) Intent

Personal Social Health Education (PSHE)

At Bournemouth Collegiate School, we want PSHE education to equip pupils to live healthy, safe, capable, responsible, productive, and balanced lives.

We will support the personal development of pupils by providing opportunities to build their confidence, resilience and self-esteem, and enable them to identify and manage risk, make informed choices and understand the influences of their decisions.

To do this we need to support students to understand themselves, manage their emotions, develop empathy and deal with change as and when it takes place.

We will be purchasing PSHE resources from Jigsaw PSHE
