Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work one-to-one with a child in Reception with Down Syndrome at our Preparatory school in Poole.   

You will be required to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of a pupil in Reception, to enable them to make best use of the educational and social opportunities available to them.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed. Experience of supporting pupils with SEND is essential, and with Down Syndrome is desirable. 

Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience of working in a school environment is essential.

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated Prep School Kindergarten team. 

You will need to work effectively as part of a team, using personal skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and provide high-quality care. You should ideally have experience of working an education setting, preferably in the Early Years Foundation Stage and the ideal applicant should have a level 3 qualification in Early Years.
