All-rounders: this is the school for you! If you want to experience breadth, variety, excitement or if you want to develop your skills in all areas of school life and beyond, then you have come to the right school. You don't have to specialise in order to be special, and we rejoice in working with people who just enjoy having a go at everything without becoming too focused on excelling in one particular aspect. If you look at the wider world beyond school, it is often the all-rounders who have the flexibility to grab the opportunities - and make them!

We challenge anyone to find something they can’t do or participate in at BCS.  Our philosophy is to offer each pupil as many opportunities and choices as possible, and then they need to grab hold of these and fly!
