BCS is no ordinary school. We do not believe in a narrow curriculum, or clipping your wings.  Our aim is to let you fly!  To do that we need to ensure a breadth and diversity of opportunities for everyone, whatever they like, and whatever they dislike.  Many schools lay claim to meeting the needs of the individual, we simply take that for granted, and it is part of our mission and our promise.  We would expect nothing less, nor should you.

We have set out with a blank canvass, and on it we have designed a unique school that does what is right for pupils; we do not simply follow blindly typical school structures and activities, we choose to deliver an education that is relevant, that excites, that stimulates, that allows pupils to have fun, and that ensures success in every area of school life.

We do not mind making mistakes.  If we do, we learn from them and go one step better the next time, so we are always improving.  This school will not stand still, it will give every pupil a sparkling education based on high expectations and all-round excellence.
