BARCELONA!

 The exchange went beyond a normal school trip and there were many benefits. Pupils spoke Spanish with their host families; learnt about different cultural peculiariaties; ate typical Spanish food and visited many of the famous landmarks in Barcelona.

 

However the most important part was that the pupils and their Spanish counterparts lived together for two weeks in which many friendships were made. Pupils have been heard to comment " I have made a friend for life"; "I have gained a big brother" whilst others claimed "I love Barcelona!".

 

That is what makes this activity so special.
