Olympic Gold!

The U14 BCS Hockey team were treated to a once in a lifetime opportunity when they met David Faulkner, an Olympic Gold Medallist. David is Performance Director of England Hockey and a Gold medallist from the Seoul Olympics in 1988 and was present to give our pupils a training session and tips before our match against Hampshire Collegiate School. Pupils were also given a presentation on the upcoming 2012 Olympics and were able to touch the original Gold medal that David had bought along as he spoke of his delight at gaining 225 England and GB international caps. A great day for BCS pupils both on and off the field.
