Y7 Netball Team victorious
On a very chilly Wednesday afternoon 9 girls battled against the elements and took part in the U12 Poole schools netball tournament. They started the first game quite slowly and drew with Oakdale 3-3. They then settled into their stride and beat St Joseph's 14-1. The next two games were close contests but BCS continued with their drive and determination and won their final two games - 3-0 against Broadstone Middle and 2-1 against Baden Powell. BCS came in first position and now go through to represent west Poole in a tournament in February. Well done to all girls who all displayed great effort and team work. BCS U12 netball Squad - captain, Shania Todd, Emma Wilson, Natasha Kingsley, Maddie Lane, Emily May, Emily Trent, Lillie Sawyer, Philipa Hodgson, Georgia Macdonald-Taylor. Thank you to Mrs Todd for umpiring our matches and supporting the team.
