Growing gains

Full sounds like bad news, but in a growing school it's a really excellent sign. In September 2009 the BCS Boarding House opened for the new school year with 17 pupils: in September 2010 it has 49 pupils and every bed is now taken. The Sixth Form shows equally remarkable growth - from 9 students joining Year 12 in 2009 and 30 this year! With the Sixth Form, however, the "Full" signs are not yet up and we expect to continue to grow through the year. All of these developments are the clearest possible signs that BCS is not only established, but is rapidly starting to meet its mission of being the first choice for coeducatuional through schooling in the area.
