Bonjour and Hola

Pupils across the school have enjoyed meeting pupils in schools in France and Spain and chatting to them via web link. Y8 are seen here conversing in French with pupils from College de L’Abbaye de Montebourg in Normandy whilst Year 11 Spanish pupils have been practising the speaking topics for their oral GCSE exam with spanish students from the Los Maristas school in Barcelona.  They all enjoyed speaking to 'real' people of their age and they asked me to arrange more videoconferences as they found the experience very exciting.
