 A levels

  • 2012: Average UCAS points 311 per student
  • 80% of grades were C or above
  • All pupils gained places at their universities of choice, on the course of choice

GCSE

  • 2012: 91% of all pupils gained 5 or more A* -C grade passes including those on the 1 year iGCSE course
  • Close to 1 in 3 grades were A* or A grades
  • Subject results showed some impressive performances, with many subjects achieving close to or above 50% A*/A grades
  • Strong Value Added results.
  • These GCSE results make BCS the top-performing non-selective school in the area
